TORONTO, ONTARIO (July 14, 2011) - Romios Gold Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RG) ("Romios" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has added a third drill to its drilling program in the Galore Creek area of northwestern British Columbia. 

The drill, which arrived on site yesterday, will accelerate and expand the current 2011 summer exploration program on the Company's Trek, Dirk and Newmont Lake properties. The current program estimated to cost in excess of $6 million, is designed to test numerous anomalies identified in the 2010 Titan 24 geophysical survey and the recently completed ground geophysical survey on the Trek property (see press releases dated November 4, 2010 and July 12, 2011) as well as other targets on the Dirk and Newmont Lake properties. 

This exploration program is the largest single season program undertaken by Romios and significant progress has been made to date. The results will be released as soon as they are received and analyzed by the Company.
